No you actually don't have that right. That's why it's not enumerated specifically in the constitution. I would LIKE you to have that right. But you don't. So until you have enough of the people agreeing with you that it should be a right you will have to just live with the reality that drugs are big naughty illegal and you will not be having happy fun times when the police come around.
Since when is the > mutually exclusive? Gun rights are more important than shooting smack into your eyeballs. Which is why Guns are #2 and Drugs aren't mentioned once. Cause none of the founders thought Opium pipes should be a constitutional right.
Look at POTUS and follow that example. No drinking. No smoking. No drugs. The formula for success.
Notice how they didn't make opium a constitutional right but ownership of guns instead.
