Yeah and my reply was how making a point about how something illegal should be legal doesn't matter when the thing is still illegal so you shouldn't do the thing unless you want trouble.

No you actually don't have that right. That's why it's not enumerated specifically in the constitution. I would LIKE you to have that right. But you don't. So until you have enough of the people agreeing with you that it should be a right you will have to just live with the reality that drugs are big naughty illegal and you will not be having happy fun times when the police come around.

Since when is the > mutually exclusive? Gun rights are more important than shooting smack into your eyeballs. Which is why Guns are #2 and Drugs aren't mentioned once. Cause none of the founders thought Opium pipes should be a constitutional right.

Look at POTUS and follow that example. No drinking. No smoking. No drugs. The formula for success.

Haha look at thus guy. God given right to be a junkie.

Why didn't the foubder put abortion in? Clearly it wasn't meant to be regulated. Are you seeing this is a dumb fucking argument yet? There are half a dozen regulated things like fucking FOOD that we could use this argument for.

The founders never intended for food to be regulated! Who says the baker doesn't have the right to use plaster instead of flour! Free the bread man!
