A few months ago a homeless man shot at cops in two separate incidents on differing days in Paso Robles, CA. The homeless man was found to have stolen the firearm from a home during protest/riots a few days prior. Womp womp.
In WA and probably in CA too, they can charge the OWNER of the gun with a felony. Even though the owner didn’t do shit.
