I know so many people here didn't see what was going on. Maybe those of us who slowly switched parties can notice things that those who have been on one side the whole time cannot notice.
Not of political issues but maybe of human nature. Personally I think the left has its own reality bubble. Smart people can fall into it and start to buy it (the media, entertainment, higher ed, etc all prop it up as 'reality'). If anything; being able to change ones mind.. deal with the static with people still in your old bubble... et cetera... is a sign of strength.
Oh yeah? Those people were busy fighting for Ron Paul and against the Bushes/McCains/Romneys of the party.
Just because it was clear to us earlier doesn't make us dismissive. A lot of us celebrated Tim Pool going to Sweden and knew the redpill was inevitable. Many people's issue with Tim is he took so fucking long.
It's almost like there are different opinions among millions of people.
Also voted for Obama twice. Filled with regret. In our defense, the alternatives back then were also bought candidates like Bush and Romney. Trump’s been the only real candidate I’ve seen in decades. Maybe since Raegan.
The left went so far left they pulled the right further left too.
My aunt, the most GreenPeace Animal shelter hardcore liberal you could imagine, just shortly before dying had me come to her house and wouldn't say why.
She cooked, (she refused to let me help) a lot of my favorite foods. Were talking like enough for like 30 people.
We ate a little of everything and just talked. then right at the end she did something I never even thought she would do. She apologized to me for voting for Obama. I had no idea what to say because it came out off left field (no pun intended) so I just awkwardly thanked her I guess, like what else am I supposed to say to that.
She then bagged up all the left overs and MADE me take it all home with me. If I'd known that was going to be the last "normal" time with her I would have stayed longer.
Looked back on it, she MUST have known she was sick and just never told anyone. She died almost 2 years to the day that my Grandfather, her father, passed. And nearly 7 years to the day that my Mother, her sister, died. Looks like October is NOT the month for my family...
Not, not specifically. I suppose if I wasn't taken aback by her initial apology I could have pressed for a "why" but I just didn't know what to do at the time. Knowing what we know now, she must have finally started thinking for herself and started looking elsewhere for information and not just eating up the programming.
I suspect she regretted how he was changing the country and that I would be the one in the family to be forced to endure it.
A friend of mine is flamboyantly gay, liberal - not because he's terribly politically motivated, just because it made him connections etc. Board of Planned Parenthood etc.
He's spent the last 20 years busting his butt to build a very successful catering business, planned to retire in 2 years. COVID has bankrupted him. I think he's voting for Trump.
Another gay friend has always been in the closet - for being a Republican.
The young gay guys don't vote ... the older ones though, the ones with jobs and money, they do. And I know a LOT of them are secretly conservative.
I wanted an end to the Iraq War globalist theft-fest, stronger protections for the American worker, an end to warrantless NSA spying (lol at how that turned out), and prosecution of the Wall Street criminals that crashed the economy in '08. I don't regret wanting any of those things, and both McCain and Romney would have sold this country even deeper down river to globohomo corporations.
Haha, definitely didn’t expect any of them doing that back in the 80s or 90s. Now they’d say you hate gays if you’ve never taken it in the ass or seen Broke Back Mountain—at the same time.
I don’t care if someone’s gay or bi or lesbian or whatever. I do think the ‘pride’ movement, much like the push for minority rights, ran out of things to do though and became a queer caricature of itself that invents problems and props up absurdities to avoid ceasing to exist. If someone really cared about gay rights, they’d look to reforming the Middle East and other countries, not hold Furry conventions in SF like we had when the Supreme Court decided they made laws too.
They way they portray gay people in movies and TV is also hilarious. It’s all weird stereotypes artificially inserted into stories that don’t usually make sense so you can have a token gay person. If I were gay I’d be insulted.
I thought Trump was a joke going into 2016. Then the MSM was saying he called all Mexicans rapists and other things and calling him Hitler—which admittedly they call all right wing candidates. Still, that all sounded extreme and hilarious, so I looked into it. Found a bunch of cut up quotes and clips, but I wanted to just see it. Then you see he didn’t say any of that. Then you look in further, and further, and suddenly a red hat appears over your head.
Found my way to the original T_D and followed along with most all of that. It was a wild ride. My first vote for Trump in 2016 was enthusiastic. My second vote for Trump in 2020 will be accompanied by a feeling usually reserved for orgasm.
This. Leftists are generally empaths. They’re emotional thinkers which also means they are easily manipulated abs brainwashed. Appeal to someone’s emotions enough abs you can make them disregard all logic.
As one of the few conservative kids at my high school, I was considered cold and overly logical, and I was told I needed to consider people’s emotions more often. That’s how California became a shithole. People like my classmates got into government and listened to their worthless feelings about guns and social justice.
A truly intelligent person is capable of changing their epistemology when it starts to generate erroneous theorems. Leftist, because of their schooling at the hands of leftist educators using Marxist education theory are incapable of doing this.
Yea that’s what amazes me. It’s such a massive scale.
Thedonald.WIN might be the only proper website in the top 1000? Websites that isn’t actively censored.
Project paperclip bringing over German propagandists among other professions might have done more damage than previously thought. But the alternative was Russia getting them.
If we can destroy the media, we might just stand a good fucking chance of rescuing our beloved country. I advocate the banishment of all schools of journalism! Start fresh.
But why can’t you point this to a leftist to change their mind? I’ve laid out Biden’s racist past and present, and highlighted Trumps accomplishments. It’s like a child with their hands on their ears yelling bc they don’t want to hear it. Then point at you, that you’re brainwashed by a dictator, and his (Trumps) accomplishments are not his own. 😣
I think a huge reason is google and twitter. If you tell a friend to look up Trump condemning white supremacy, what do they do? They'll type in "Trump condemning white supremacy" into the search engine there are hundreds of fake news articles before even one factual article appears. This goes for ANYTHING regarding Trump or the right. Type in "Trump didn't call Mexicans rapists" and see what appears - literally try it right now. 1984 turned up to 11.
I was never a lefty but wasn’t originally a Trump supporter for that election (admittedly I was like “oh god Trump?!” But I knew NOTHING about him). Anywho I was on facebook one day and saw everyone posting about how he’s racist. Thought this must be big news if EVERYONE can’t stop talking about it. So I googled it, saw an article about the “all Mexicans are rapists” and thought “gee yikes that’s not a good thing to say” and went on to read the full transcript. I agreed with literally everything he said, and that was my first time experiencing “fake news”. Been a Trump supporter ever since.
Objective? Shit they can't see OBVIOUS truth standing right in front of them. They see riots, looks left (naturally) see three ppl with signs appearing peaceful for 45 whole seconds... Consider it a MOSTLY PEACEFUL PROTEST...
Yes. Tim Pool always wanted to be a REAL journalist. He was left leaning but wanted to be the guy doing on the ground reporting from places like war zones ect. Paul Joseph Watson offered to pay any journalists way to objectively confirm or deny the situation in Malmo Tim Pool took him up on his offer and the red-pilling began.
You're missing the final step. After the trip he gave a balanced report that while the term "no go zone" wasnt accurate, there were areas where immigrants didnt take kindly to whites.
He tried to be fair. Then the media smeared the fuck out of him. He has videos of swedish govt officials police etc saying shit on tape that they later claimed they did not say.
And that was when Timmy Pool became Sir Tim, Slayer of Fake News.
Proving the media lies is the most effective, but sometimes slowest, form of redpill.
This is the bloody thing for me. Everything, and I mean literally everything we've been told for almost a century now seems contrived and suspect. Especially now when you can look back on some of it knowing the ramifications and what certain events ended up leading to
It sure was. I don't believe in genius muzzies flying planes into the Pentagon over an hour after two WTCs were hit. WTC 7 falling at close enough to free-fall speed. Muzzzie genius indeed. A lack of investigation into airline put option trades. More genius muzzieness!
Well, yes. You say that like they won it alone, or were the only beneficiaries. In many cases we won an area but let them have a foot hold (Korea, in particular), which turned out to be a mistake. Massive loss of life from those errors.
There's an interesting guy named Miles Mathis. He's not a right winger by any means, but is a very critical thinker and an artist. So he looks at photos from the past and talks about how they did cut and paste before photo shop. He questions everything and has made me really think long and hard about what we've been told.
http://mileswmathis.com -- You may not agree with all his conclusions, but damn, it makes you think. If you go to his "Writings" tab you can read all the stuff there. Updates has most current, but even the older stuff is mindblowing. Read it with an open mind, and, like MAGAnic316 says, "everything seems contrived and suspect." I think this site has a lot of smoking guns...
This article also made me go "hmmmmmmm..." Was Watergate really about secret documents on the elites in the swamp and their fuckery? Were those actually not "political" documents per se, but blackmail documents? And now we are hearing from Cathy Fox about both Billy Graham and Richard Nixon being Pedos... so even though this https://whowhatwhy.org/2012/05/07/watergate-revelations-the-coup-against-nixon-part-1-of-3/ doesn't say it, I'm putting 2 and 2 together.
Think about this -- IF WATERGATE WAS ABOUT RECOVERING BLACKMAIL DOCUMENTS.... Hillary was on the Prosecution team, remember? And she was fired for being dishonest... remember? So did HRC STEAL those documents and use them to gain power over the swamp? That makes so much sense to me now. Certainly would explain why they really went soft on Bill Clinton. They impeached him over what may not have even been a real affair with Lewinsky. It may have been they knew about him selling secrets to China. But by making it about sex, it was a huge deflection and distraction and the public would forgive him for that. Reasoning: we all know HRC is a "C U next Thursday" so the public will give him a pass for cheating on the witch. But if the public realized the depth of his treason against the country it would have been a slam dunk impeachment. They couldn't. HRC would have exposed all the documents and photos she had.
This is why she kept getting more and more power until --TAH DAHHH - GEOTUS ARRIVES ON THE SCENE!
I hear the CIA dismantled the Black Panthers from within, shot MLK/Malcom X to leave blacks rudderless. THEN they flooded the inner cities with Crack and the Crips and Bloods arose organically to fill in the power vacuum, and have been crippling honest black americans ever since.
At least that's how the documentary "Made in America; Bloods and Crips" tells it.
In early 2002 I got in a firefight with the Pak military about 30km inside the Pak border. I was almost 19. A few days later I was sitting back at the FOB watching CNN report about it. Every single sentence they reported was a lie. The location, who we were, who they were, the number killed; everything. I never believed a word the news has said since.
Damn that's intense. My fake news red pill was so much more boring, I used to watch CNN like a crack addict, maybe 8-10 years ago. Some breaking event occurred, idk if it was a devastating fire or a CIA false flag school shooting... anyway, CNN was reporting from on the scene.
They had one anchor talking in a parking lot. Then they cut to another anchor talking in "another location" except I realized that I was looking at another angle of the same parking lot. Shortly after that they jumped the shark with the plane that got swallowed by the black hole, lmfao.
So I lost all trust but I still watched for a bit. Until 2015, when my favorite reality TV / business mogul came down that escalator. And then I still watched, because he got so much coverage. But as Trump began to dominate the polls, took the nomination, etc, the negative press cofefe was so obvious. I already knew they lied and sensationalized, but it was so obvious how they carried water for the dems.
And then I began the long process of re-evaluating everything I ever thought was true. Ugh. Glad you woke up younger than I did, less to un-learn that way!
I knew Killary had KKK ties and that was enough for me to vote for Trump to keep her out (I was Bernie Bro 2015). 2016 hit and all my fellow bros went full Communist and I was like WTF?! Lost friends and fam over my disgust when the riots first started.
To this day I feel like Vincent Prince in Last Man On Earth, facing down all the vampires: "Freaks! All of you! I'm a man! The last man...."
Near the end of CNN's special primetime report on Malaysia Airlines Flight 370 on Wednesday, anchor Don Lemon read a pair of tweets he received from viewers suggesting the plane's disappearance could be the result of a "black hole," Bermuda Triangle or an occurence akin to the television series "Lost."
Lemon then turned to Mary Schiavo, former inspector general of the U.S. Department of Transportation, and said, "I know it's preposterous, but is it preposterous, do you think, Mary?"
It’s a fair point and one I’ve considered, but the speed with which the report made it to CNN lead me to believe they were reporting for deep state types, not just following a lead and reporting what they found out.
Was he actually trying to prove they don't exist though? I remember when infowars put out the challenge for any kind of investigation he went in with an open mind.
So I tried to share this eye opening and alarming new info with a large policies-based Bernie group. They reacted like the media and Swedish pols did to Tim.
They had seemed more informed and with longer political involvement than myself, but that series of hardwon fights which earned me permanent hostility from a core contingent was another eye opening experience.
That started my journey of stepping back from these obviously indoctorinated closeminded children (even if only emotionally so) who had seemed so wise to the bigger pictures and impacts of policies that sounded good on paper.
Trust was broken, I was on my own. Which meant it was time to move towards digging deeper past the DNC and Clintons and Russiagate et al and into... everything I had ever been told was facts and truth about "others" outside my darkblue bubble in America.
It's been a long steady path toward illumination and reality ever since...
Mine was following the Pulse nightclub shooting. I lived in south Florida at the time, and then they censored the 911 call made by the shooter to eliminate him saying "aloha snackbar" in arabic, I could never trust the media again.
That's exactly how it happened for me. I was liberal for a while, but when I actually decided to start getting more involved and learning more about politics, it taught me all about the deception that runs rampant on the left.
"no, no, no, that's not what I'm saying, it's like... [proceeds to say the same thing he just told Adam or other guest that that wasn't what he was saying]"
(to be clear, I like Tim, but there's plenty to poke fun at, too)
The new left is not liberal. Classic Liberals are the true liberals. And even old conservatives miss the true liberals because the new left is not America. We need to win our country back.
The new left is not even a cohesive group. There are anarchists, social democrats, straight up communists, etc. I’ve been watching Hasan piker and vaush type figures for awhile now. They are well educated “new left” figures. I’ve started debating people that hold similar beliefs, but you won’t ever be able to change their minds. They have to choose to look at the data and truth.
Vaush might have a credential but he's not a smart man. As Taleb would say, "Intellectual but Idiot", and definitely on the low end of "intellectual" even in that context.
Many Republicans are. They say 'hey that sounds like a good idea lets do that'. Then you find out the 'left' never really wanted to fix it. You get called names for pointing it out. 'Hey this seems expensive you will need a tax to cover it' 'just de-fund the military' 'uh sure..., that is not in this bill'. 'you just listen to foxnews' 'no, I read the bill' 'your just racist'.
Or take something like 'obamacare' or the affordable healthcare act. There is nothing affordable about it. In what I have paid in insurance over the past 10 years I could buy state of the art medical care for anything that I could possibly get. Yet I gave that money to a bureaucracy that had no interest in actually fixing the reason some people had poor healthcare. Literally dumping trillions of dollars into a system that was 'overpriced' and somehow magically thinking that would cause prices to fall. It was already overpriced because of hillarycare. Both it turned out were love letters to the insurance companies and large medical groups. The people came into the equation pretty much dead last.
Or something like NAFTA. Sold to us a way to be a global partner. Meanwhile they literally packed up all of the machinery shipped it to mexico then china. The lower wage jobs where decimated for thousands of towns across America. Then shrugged their shoulders and say the big ol bad republicans want to take away your food stamps. I do not want your f'ng food stamps I want you to work and have pride in your life!
Or something like the mexican border. They tell us for years all these people are hardworking people just looking for good jobs. Yeah I get that. What about Americans who can not compete against under the table deals? What about the coyotes, drugs, and sex slavery? What about the people who live in fear from their boss calling INS on them? What about the Americans who can not get a job somewhere because the pit boss only hires 'mexicans'? I want these people to succeed. But where they start out at! They are motivated people. They can help their own friends and family. Instead they bugger off to America to make less than minimum wage cutting up chicken in some meat packing plant and sleep stacked 15 deep in a rental apartment somewhere. Oh I am racist now for not letting you take advantage of these people anymore for your labor pool?
'classic' liberal is a meme that is a way for people to skip being what they are. Do you stand for individuals who can take care of themselves and their loved ones or do you think the state can do it all? That is what the argument is about. It is an old argument that goes all the way back to the founding of this country (probably further). We had a civil war over it at one point. The democrats have pushed for a long time that they are 'liberal'. They took on that mantel because the communists found out the academics liked the idea of telling others what is virtuous and what is not. Liberal even kind of took on its well deserved bad meaning in the 1960s. So they changed the name to 'progressive'.
Do not though take this as a slight. They have been upon us for years. They have been pushing this garbage on us for years. It is easy to go back to the familiar trappings of what we were. But we have been shown and are being shown what they really are now. They are liars who have very carefully crafted their message. One very carefully designed to divide us into small subgroups so they can use targeted marketing on us. Edward Bernays was the father of this type of marketing. He was extremely good at it. They have perfected it in the past 70 years for all aspects of our lives. He realized emotional manipulation is easy to do and is extremely effective in making people want things.
Edward Bernays's grandchild is the founder or CEO of Netflix. evil Propaganda works in different ways; some are used to push stupid agendas while others are used to humiliate or demonize their opponents.
The Left and soviets use the 2nd kind of propaganda easily; look at the way rural America/Appalachia is portrayed, look at how black conservatives/republicans are portrayed, look at how conservatives are portrayed; look at how Americans are portrayed for being nationalistic and trying to preserve Christianity. the 2nd form of propaganda has to be effective before stupid policies are passed.
I didn't believe it, so I just looked into it. You're close, but here's what I found (and it's just as bad, maybe worse).
So, Netflix has two co-founders. The one you're speaking of is Marc Randolph. His Grand-Uncle is Edward Bernays, and his Great Grand Uncle is... wait for it... Sigmund Freud
But wait, there's more!
The second co-founder, and current CEO (I believe), is Reed Hastings. He seems to be as swamp as they come: Great grandson of Alfred Loomis (one of his kids worked in the Eisenhower admin for the public broadcasting corp and the U.S. Information Agency). His father was an attorney for the Department of Health, Education and Welfare in the Nixon administration, and his mother Joan Amory Loomis was a Boston debutante from a Social Register family who "was repulsed by the world of high society and taught her children to disdain it." He is also a descendant of Edward I of England and Edward III of England on both his father's and mother's side
Thank you for this comment. The radical left opposes truth in seemingly all areas.
They are actually evil. They support an underclass of workers because "Americans wont do the work" and so they push $15/hr for everyone but them. Pure evil.
They dont even support Obamacare anymore and want to just ban all private healthcare... this isnt what they do in their beloved utopia of Europe. Theg dont ban all private insurance. Why do they want to ban insurance? They dont care about anyone. They just want to implement their schemes to help the victims and screw over the people already doing good. They dont care.
Christian values gone. Kids being taught racism in college about how black people can only succeed with help from whites even though whites are all racists according to their textbooks. Single motherhood and abortion are great things that should be tax payer funded. Fair rules for everyone is racist. Etc.etc.etc.
I'm a moderate that has been heavily influenced by Tim.
I'm not influenced by his opinions as much as I have benefited from his work consuming media and cutting through the BS and showing how the MSM lies. With that info, I can make informed decisions.
I like that he chases the truth. That seems to be the red pill. Similar to my own journey. I was never really a leftist, but I didn't like either Bush and always loved what Wikileaks was doing.
It's funny how literally everyone on the right who says they used to be left says their redpill was when they began looking into the things they were told about Trump, and everyone on the left who says they used to be right just cites nonsense talking points and Twitter hashtags as their bluepill.
There are people that convert right to left? The only ones I could think of are young people who grew up in a conservative household and then get brainwashed in college.
keep it up! he makes great points and is entertaining - perfect way to win over the liberal brain washed.. no reasonable person can agree with liberal policies
I started watching guys like Dave Rubin. Tim Pool, and Styxhexenhammer666 as a check against my own biases. Watched them all transition to supporting Trump. LOL! Now where do I turn.
IDK! Where are the up-and-comers that can fill this void?? I found Styx first and it was so random I remember telling someone "so there's this weird hippy guy who doesn't wear shits and is into the occult BUT....." he was saying the same thing I was about something or another. I didn't find out who he was or subscribe for another year or so. That's after I was already sub'd to Tim and some others.
Didn't take any bullshit from him or the lawyer. They were visibly shocked to be called out on the utter diarrhea spewing from their mouths. Censorship is evil.
It was a sight to see! Dorsey had already been on Rogan, alone, and Joe was criticized for basically not asking any of the tough questions, so they brought him on again, with a second guest who was capable of asking those tough questions. Little Jack knew he wasn't in a safe space this second time, so he had to bring his top lawyer with him. A top lawyer for fucking Twitter is no joke, and Tim went toe to toe and made them both look foolish. After that, Tim still gave Jack the benefit of the doubt on a few occasions, until he finally realized Jack had absolutely no good intentions, and was always going to lie to his face while doing the opposite. He's not so kind to Jack anymore
I think his politics are like Joe Rogan's. Bernie or Bust. Bernie supporters generally suffer from TDS a lot less than most other liberals. Trump himself knows it, talks about it all the time during Rallies.
You're right about that. The Bernie Bros learned first hand what fucks the Dems were when they stole the nomination and killed the guy trying to out them. That had to make some of them go, "wait a gd minute!" Obviously some of the BB's are still raging commie socialists, but they may vote Trump just to spite the Dimwits in power on the BidenHarris side. (Wellllll and especially because HOHarris is worse than Hitlery!
I like new converts but we need people who are firm in their conservative beliefs and ideas to push us further. I don't like some of the young conservative outreach groups.
I take no issue with liberals who aren't retarded. If you want to tell me we should spend a little less money on military and a little more on healthcare, we can talk about that. If you want to tell me i am racist for being white and i need to pay a shit load of taxes to cover the free healthcare of illegal aliens and I'm transphobic because i think they have a mental illness, then we have nothing to talk about.
I appreciate Tim's redpilling people with his content.
But viewers who expect him to be fully redpilled or stay redpilled long, are fooling themselves.
Tim's aim is to be news source or at least "neutral" like Rogan.
Even if his brain is screaming redpill, he will always try to fence sit.
A news source, after all, is supposed to be not biased to either left or right.
I think you’re mostly right, and especially with your analysis that he is fiercely neutral.
Red Pill: Depends on what you mean by red-pilled - in the classic Matrix definition of having your eyes opened to the truth that you have been blind to for years, I think that Tim, as an obsessive truth seeker, is fully red-pilled now.
To your point though, I don’t think he will ever be fully conservative, but people change as they grow. (He did go from anti-gun to pro 2A multiple boomsticks)
After seeing the Tim memes for a year I finally tuned in, and he's great, but he is way past coughing redpills back up. He's dispensing them now--but too rapidly to use him as a gentle ease-liberals-into-the-truth source anymore. I think he's 25-30 segments about liberal malfeasance away from reaching the Deus Vult stage of his journey.
I get that out of him too. His past 2-3 weeks has him on fire for what the left is doing. They have gone too far out there even for him.
I was like that years ago. Trying to 'be in the middle'. Around 2000 I tried and tried and tried to find 'in between' news. It did not exist. The last straw for me was 'the no spin zone' on foxnews. It was nothing BUT spin. I turned it all off. It was garbage. All of it. Anything you see on TV or in print is manufactured fake crap.
You might be on to something. He has been saying for the past year on his videos, he's afraid of being banned. I always thought, dude, your a center left liberal that just reads the news, why would you get banned? Maybe he was actually all aboard the Trump Train back then, and just slow played it up till the election?
He is a liberal. The good kind. The rare, logically and philosophically consistent kind.
I don't think he pretended anything. I think it just genuinely happened.
His first redpill was the No Go Zone bet. It took forever after that before he would say he'd vote trump. Even earlier this year, he said he would not.
Hey - I was a big Liberal until I started shooting guns. Slowly red pilled as I watched the Bloomberg and fake "Moms against" whatever they were against that week. Then watched as the Dims took over Congress in the last two years of the Bush presidency and saw that they were doing really stupid things, including increasing surveillance, funding that huge spy facility in Utah, and making the war worse. And then blaming it on Conservatives. Yeah, there are NeoCons, but a lot of the bad stuff Obama "inherited" came directly from the actions of the loser Dems in Congress who screwed up the country good before their boy got into office.
In Obummers first week in office he renewed the Patriot Act (which he campaigned on repealing) and he made derogatory remarks about certain sectors of the economy that wound up costing me tens of thousands of dollars in contracts. That's how you redpill someone -- show them how it costs them dearly. BOOM Red Pill
Tulsi is fine. You have to realize we don't live in an ideal world and there will always be a segment of the population who espouse things you completely disagree with.
But I'd still take a thousand Tulsi types over one Ilhan Omar bitch any day of the week.
He has like 4 channels and I'm only subscribed to 1, so keep that in mind also. He's reaching further than 1 million people.
Also consider almost all big youtubers have something like a 50% and under subscriber rate on videos, meaning half, or more, of their videos are viewed by people who aren't subscribers
You know who else is being redpilled if not already, Jimmy Dore. He was associated with that Young Turks faggot but they have since parted ways, and I saw a clip from one of his shows the other day just roasting Biden and NYT/WaPo for their lack of reporting on Hunters financial discrepancies.
Tim's progression has been nice to see. He's watching in real time as the insane left does every insane thing they've accused the right of doing. Being all the terrible kinds of people they accuse the right of being. Meanwhile, Trump is flipping him on specific points of consternation.
In the face of that, you can either accept you were wrong and change, or lie to yourself and carry on. Tim has integrity, I guess.
But it is still very difficult to admit being wrong, and harder still to re-evaluate your ethics, because you worry you might be allowing yourself to be corrupted. That requires a slow transformation -or an issue that is so important to you that sudden, drastic change is warranted.
I think that the peace deals, riots, and general insanity of the progressive left and their pandering democrat leaders sealed the deal for Tim. He isn't MAGA, but close enough.
I am a little sad that he says he votes for Trump in most of his videos now, because when I share with lefties they just dismiss him. Better when he was still on the fence, as far as red pilling normies goes.
I's sure you guys saw the report that came out (not sure when it was written) of Kings College, UK last week that was warning scholars to stop studying the societal phenomenon of redpilling, because those scholars all kept getting redpilled - and that was bad because then they'd get upset.
XD
Facts he Accidentally red pilled himself
That's what happens when you go looking for the truth
BIGGER fact
That’s what I’ve been trying to tell people but they just don’t believe it or lack the capacity to do it.
Leftism doesn't have a chance except with censorship
Leftist censorship turned me hard right. I voted for Obama twice. If you're a Democrat in 2020, you're a Communist.
EDIT: Me listening to liberals for the past 8 years
Also voted for Obama twice. Filled with regret. In our defense, the alternatives back then were also bought candidates like Bush and Romney. Trump’s been the only real candidate I’ve seen in decades. Maybe since Raegan.
The left went so far left they pulled the right further left too.
I voted for McCain and Romney and I'm just as filled with regret. Both total pieces of garbage.
I voted for Palin, not McCain. I always hated McCain. I voted libertarian instead of Romney, don't even remember who that was.
Did she say why she regretted voting for him?
Sorry for your losses!
That’s the idea. It’s called the Overton window. Ever think you’d see the day where a Republican president held up an LGBT flag?
Also voted Obama twice then Trump in 2016
We don't exist, according to popular opinion
I didn't vote for anyone because I felt like it wouldn't matter. I was an Obama supporter and a Bush hater like the Daily Show told me I should be.
I fell for the Obama trap. The day after he was elected you could see the glimmer in everyoje like we had won something huge.
He was just so damn charismatic and I saw the same trappings with Andrew Yang.
Like has been said here, elections are not prom king and queen popularity contests we need to be informed
Theyre "college educated" therefore they could never fall victim to propaganda
Some of them are quite intelligent, but they are still willfully naive. Its wonderland, and it has no basic sense. Blinders on, full speed ahead.
I think it's emotions. They are slaves to their feels.
Then he's not the smart.
A truly intelligent person is capable of changing their epistemology when it starts to generate erroneous theorems. Leftist, because of their schooling at the hands of leftist educators using Marxist education theory are incapable of doing this.
Always wrong, but never in doubt
This
Look at what they have to do on every social media platform out there..
And they are still losing.
Also fire all teachers. Abolish the teachers unions and start fresh in education also.
Unfortunately the censorship is now mainly done by algorithms. If only we could redpill the AI!
https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.theverge.com/platform/amp/2016/3/24/11297050/tay-microsoft-chatbot-racist
Same with academic, someone posted a paper where they actually used the words "we fear they will be red pilled".
Leftism works with slow censorship. If too fast it is rejected, so they demoralize the opposition until it sounds crazy to speak up. Its like https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Emperor%27s_New_Clothes
They said he Trump is a racist.. I asked why? I looked into it... Now I’m voting for Trump
Help people to setup a different search engine. Duckduckgo is great. Shows many articles and videos google hides from you.
Same!
this is so key. we gotta get people not to simply trust what they hear. everyone would be better off
Because the postmodernist left rejects objective truth.
Objective? Shit they can't see OBVIOUS truth standing right in front of them. They see riots, looks left (naturally) see three ppl with signs appearing peaceful for 45 whole seconds... Consider it a MOSTLY PEACEFUL PROTEST...
Exactly. Like you can choose what sex you are. That is not true and not science and never will be.
It started with his trip to Malmo to prove that Trump was wrong and that "no-go zones" don't exist.
Especially now when you can look back on some of it knowing the ramifications and what certain events ended up leading to
9/11 was an inside job
It sure was. I don't believe in genius muzzies flying planes into the Pentagon over an hour after two WTCs were hit. WTC 7 falling at close enough to free-fall speed. Muzzzie genius indeed. A lack of investigation into airline put option trades. More genius muzzieness!
The soviets won WW2.
Multinational banking interests won WWII, by using all the powers involved with it to further their system of control.
Bullshit. Without US funding and supplies, a second front in the West, and the US war against Japan, the Soviets would have gotten rolled hard.
Well, yes. You say that like they won it alone, or were the only beneficiaries. In many cases we won an area but let them have a foot hold (Korea, in particular), which turned out to be a mistake. Massive loss of life from those errors.
Now read The Fluoride Deception and love the government and big industry even more!
Just a few theories, I could be wrong.
The JFK assassination video didn't come out until 7 years after it "happened".
MLK had drug-fueled orgies with prostitutes.
Etc etc
Wait what? I heard the second part, not the first one there.
Yes because the only thing that's keeping the black man down is the White Man.
It has nothing to do with them....
Shortly after that they jumped the shark with the plane that got swallowed by the black hole, lmfao.
Wait, what is this?
Near the end of CNN's special primetime report on Malaysia Airlines Flight 370 on Wednesday, anchor Don Lemon read a pair of tweets he received from viewers suggesting the plane's disappearance could be the result of a "black hole," Bermuda Triangle or an occurence akin to the television series "Lost."
Lemon then turned to Mary Schiavo, former inspector general of the U.S. Department of Transportation, and said, "I know it's preposterous, but is it preposterous, do you think, Mary?"
It leaves a bad taste in my mouth to say it because it's probably not true, but.
That could have just been because of good OPSEC from your "media liaison officer"
It’s a fair point and one I’ve considered, but the speed with which the report made it to CNN lead me to believe they were reporting for deep state types, not just following a lead and reporting what they found out.
I think it was Paul Joseph Watson that made the bet
I believe it was PJW who pointed him in that direction.
Was he actually trying to prove they don't exist though? I remember when infowars put out the challenge for any kind of investigation he went in with an open mind.
He looked for the truth and had an open mind.
And he took me with him....
Good on you. Mine was following Gamergate and seeing how the press reacted.
Mine was following the Pulse nightclub shooting. I lived in south Florida at the time, and then they censored the 911 call made by the shooter to eliminate him saying "aloha snackbar" in arabic, I could never trust the media again.
30 years of one-sided TV propaganda is difficult to overcome.
That's exactly how it happened for me. I was liberal for a while, but when I actually decided to start getting more involved and learning more about politics, it taught me all about the deception that runs rampant on the left.
Been reading Andrew Breitbart’s book, he did the same thing to himself, that’s the best kind of red pilling imo. RIP Andrew.
“We’ll see how it plays out”
"I'll leave it there"
“Next segment is coming up at 1pm on this channel”
"stick around, there's a few more segments coming up on the main channel, BUT I DUNNO MAN, who knows where this will go."
“Look - I get it...”
“I could be wrong.”
Harumph i say
Governor Lepetomane: ”I didn’t get a ‘harumph’ out of that guy!"
I'll tell you this
"Look, I'll tell you what man"
"Many people don't know this, but I'm part Korean."
"yeeeeeeeeeeeeeah, I just don't know, man, I'm not buyin' it"
"no, no, no, that's not what I'm saying, it's like... [proceeds to say the same thing he just told Adam or other guest that that wasn't what he was saying]"
(to be clear, I like Tim, but there's plenty to poke fun at, too)
Okay okay okay, look...
Check this out...
"Civil War"
Tim is a liberal. He is for Trump because he isn't a statist.
A lot of us are (Classical) Liberals
A lot of intellectuals are not smart. they just look smart because their theories never get challenged.
Bah, he's a grifter e-drama whore.
Vaush is the dumbest political commentator I can think of. His i.q must be below 85
the new left is a communist (lite) party
These people are fucking evil
Was a classical liberal until 2015, now I lean nrx but really we should just all think for ourselves.
I am a classic liberal, that's why I'm voting for Trump. The false song of globalism must not take root in the US.
Milton Freedman taught me that. Great man. I wish he were alive today. Id love to hear his perspective on the ongoings of this country.
More so fuck the racist identitarian left. Was biden even leading back then? When was SC primary?
bernie dropped out of the race in early april, so biden has been the defacto democratic nominee since then
I’ll take it.
He's for Trump because he isn't a Stalinist.
I'm a moderate that has been heavily influenced by Tim.
I'm not influenced by his opinions as much as I have benefited from his work consuming media and cutting through the BS and showing how the MSM lies. With that info, I can make informed decisions.
Good job, Tim.
Huge if true!
Amy Schumer if two genders!
More like "two seats to fly" Amy Schumer
more like Amy Schumer
ifis two genders. Two sexes. There are only two sexes. Gender is a made up word.
Because they're lying in an attempt to manipulate you.
The latter are afraid of the mob and think if they join the mob they'll be spared by the mob.
There are people that convert right to left? The only ones I could think of are young people who grew up in a conservative household and then get brainwashed in college.
Whoa I missread that as "Wikipedia" and almost Reeeeed.
Haha me too. I just thought “oh well i guess it used to be good once upon a time”
keep it up! he makes great points and is entertaining - perfect way to win over the liberal brain washed.. no reasonable person can agree with liberal policies
"sometimes his nipples show and he has this thing for spoons, but trust me he's brilliant"
Clanking intensifies
Are you me? Wait... did I post this?
I only like Styx. The remaining two are too milquetoast fence-sitters. Styx is very knowledgable about politics, economics, and history.
Beanie* worthy
Love me some Seinfeld
Tim Pill red pilled me over a year ago before he red pilled himself
WTFLMAO
Me too :)
Tim is a good dude!
I gained a lot of respect for Tim when he was on Joe Rogan's podcast with Jack Dorsey, who he ripped apart
SHREDDED
Didn't take any bullshit from him or the lawyer. They were visibly shocked to be called out on the utter diarrhea spewing from their mouths. Censorship is evil.
Nuked from orbit
Bulls eye!
I have nothing for anyone who wants to tell me I have an issue because I’m a whitey
Tim is a normal guy who went looking for the truth.
Good job, beanie!
Let's have a TIM POOL AMA !
He was born again hard, but has many layers of dumb leftist bullshit to still dig through.
It happened as you say, but I don't think it was planned, I really don't. His slow-rolling red pill ingestion seems pretty authentic to me!
I agree he will remain a fiercely neutral LION!!!
Redpills are addictive.
No, he is a good example of what used to be center left. I was in the same place Tim was not too many years ago.
I like Tim Pool. He’s a decent guy.
I like Tim and I'll welcome him to our side no matter how he got here. I hope he's changed some other minds.
Pretty sure he was red pilled months ago but had to slowly make the turn. Only a matter of time before he’s kicked off YouTube and Twitter
You might be on to something. He has been saying for the past year on his videos, he's afraid of being banned. I always thought, dude, your a center left liberal that just reads the news, why would you get banned? Maybe he was actually all aboard the Trump Train back then, and just slow played it up till the election?
His alternative theory is that he's being propped up as the new "right" in their shifted Overton window.
Tim has 1m votes under his beanie
Just like the black pede truck delivery driver says "thank you Tim pool!!!"
And he bought guns...a lot of them
I kinda figured that’s what he was doing. What kind of independent gets his daily show material from td and pol?
He was a big liberal for a long time... bit he is smart and figured out that Trump is awesome and the Dems are scumbags.
Nah, he still thinks Tulsi's cool. Though he may simply be intoxicated by that boarder's butt.
Kinda begs the question as to which is worse though: a wacko lefty that's anti-establishment, or a GOP swamp rat.
The swamp is big enough for them both.
Yep.
Jimmy is probably the only decent liberal that is left.
Who radicalized you??????
(leans in)
I radicalized myself.
He just started to look for the truth. That's all what's needed.
WEAR THE MAGA BEANIE TIM! THE PEOPLE DEMAND IT!
Is he an investor in this site?
Tim Pool is a pretty cool guy, may disagree with some of his viewpoints.
Tim is awesome, love him.
I am a little sad that he says he votes for Trump in most of his videos now, because when I share with lefties they just dismiss him. Better when he was still on the fence, as far as red pilling normies goes.
He wasn’t acting like a liberal. Like many of us, the more you learn, the quicker you turn!
based baldfag
He played the long game.
I figured when he was in Malmo he was redpilled
I's sure you guys saw the report that came out (not sure when it was written) of Kings College, UK last week that was warning scholars to stop studying the societal phenomenon of redpilling, because those scholars all kept getting redpilled - and that was bad because then they'd get upset.
XD
I would like to read that. Source? I did a quick search but didn't find anything.
The title page - have image of it which might help with search
Nvm, found the study! https://kclpure.kcl.ac.uk/portal/en/publications/the-challenges-of-studying-4chan-and-the-altright-come-on-in-the-waters-fine(57b677ad-4d73-4b44-ba51-4d7026d4f37f).html I'll post it to general too, because it's pretty funny
Tim? Nah, but the beanie ... maybe
He didn't go looking for the redpill, the redpill found him.
