Figured fellow pedes would have a good functional workout plan for Civil War II prep.
Half serious about this, but mostly because I have a wedding coming up next year and I’ve been a bump on a log recently after moving a couple of times. It’s time to get some discipline, and prep for the next Civil War is great motivation. And marrying my future wife.
Anyone have a link to a workout plan that they have had success with? Functional and all around useful fitness?
