Booby traps should be legal, plain and simple. The owner must be held liable though. If its not safe and a kid or someone innocent dies from it, then the owner should be held liable. If its a rapist with an intention of raping you, then why would that be illegal to have him killed? Most of the cases I've seen regarding booby traps were all justified. You had looters shot and thieves dismembered. This is the damn problem in this country. The guilty keep going free and at some point we need to change course and decide when we can take back ownership of the country we live in.
