Obstruction of traffic violation procedure. Someone got pulled over and Antifa White Knighted the fuck out of it... then when the car pulled away the cop went in pursuit and ran over the dumb asses trying to stop him from chasing the traffic violator. What probably would have been a "I'll let you off with a warning" turned into two people sustaining blunt trauma.
