A President doesn't have to be mobile, he just has to be concious and able to function mentally.
I just read that Pelosi has actually said it's not about Trump but about "future Presidents." It's totally aimed at Joe, it's how they plan to get Harris into the White House.

Trump should be removed from office because he has flu-like symptoms.
