Instead of pushing a stupid fucking mask I would recommend eating healthy & getting plenty of exercise to fight off the COVID.

Exposure, exposure to lots and lots of things. If masks slow exposure we are doomed. You only gain immunity from being exposed. Why is this country ignoring the fact that immunity has to be built. Immunity can only be built by being exposed. If you never had a peanut until you were 20 years old, tat one taste would be deadly. Damn people open your eyes.
