Alabama sent me a ballot even though I moved to another state. Not sure how they got my new address as it wasnt forwarded by the post office. I was never even technically a resident!

IIRC, 6 mos. is the required minimum state residency in order to qualify for a Congressional run. Pedes can correct me if I'm mistaken.
