It's impossible to have fair elections when half the country thinks the other half is Hitler. They control the cities.

And as long as they control the cities, no laws on pieces of paper will stop them from cheating to stop Hitler. And the Feds mostly agree with them, so they won't stop them either.

It's impossible to paper over irreconcilable division with laws on paper.
