I'm assuming the gAyTFs big bitch about this particular product is the flat part on the rear of the brace. Its pretty much a stock. The law regarding SBRs and SBSs are retarded. However, other models of braces dont have this flat portion. A while back, a guy made a dust cover for pistol braces. It was a plastic insert to fill in the "arm hole" in the brace. The gAyTF said this changed the intended purpose of the product and made it into a stock. Not saying its right, but theyve been fairly consistent on this. The SBA3 brace and other braces like it are not likely to be affected.

All that said. Repeal the NFA! Repeal the GCA! Repeal the Hughes Amendment! All gun laws are an infringement!
