I think this is theater. I suspect Trump knows he has the election and to release a bunch of criminal shit a month before the election would cause monstrous uproar and delegitimize it as a election stunt. He'll take the election and the handcuffs will come soon after.

Even then, everything he does they attack and call it illegitimate. If there is actual evidence of wrongdoing by Comey, Brennan, Obama etc, it should be released ASAP.
