As for having a functional DOJ at all that an actual elected chief executive CAN reform, its not as cut and dried as that, it doesnt happen the way you want it to, because it has to not even have the APPEARANCE of a political prosecution, and that is a very difficult thing to build. The Dems have been doing investigation after investigation, impeachment, riots, etc. etc. and the Republicans have been slow walking prosecutions they have actual evidence for and slow walking with investigations like Horowitz and Durham. Now I AGREE Barr should have gotten MORE done. I dont know what to make just yet, but I have seen him in interviews and know of his actions the first time he was AG. I honestly feel like he is an INSTITUTIONALIST, but an honest and ethical one. When he talked about being very thorough and methodical with the investigations, I actually agreed with that. He hasnt had 4 years, remember we dealt with Sessions - Barr has had less than 2 years - and I agree he could have done more but christ sakes, he heads a MASSIVE snakepit.
