Source from twitter here, my translation here:

  • Can't claim election win until two national news outlets or state officials give a win
  • Can't "incite interference with the election process"
  • Can't suggest the election isn't fair
  • Can't go against mainstream COVID-19 advice
  • Can't post edited or faked media
  • Whatever is considered "misleading" will be restricted from retweets/views/replies
  • Warning labels will be used more for "misleading" information
  • Retweets can have comments added to them
  • No more suggested recommendations from people you don't follow
  • No more suggested accounts to follow based on "likes"
  • Trends "for you" will be censored/moderated by twitter editors
  • Monitoring "the conversation" and censoring as seen fit

Regardless of what rules they make the important on is always...

• all rules will only be enforced against conservatives.
