Everything she had on that server can still exist on other servers and in the state department itself. All you have to do is connect the dots and find what classified info went to/from the Clinton server.

Servers and clients apps can be configured in various ways, but copies are usually kept on both the sending and receiving ends until they're explicitly deleted and system backups no longer contain copies.
