The release does not harm Biden/Kamala. It does not secure any new voter groups for Trump. This release does suck a lot of energy out of Trump supporters who could be spending that time in productive areas.
Ignore it. Read them on November 4th. Pick up a phone. Aim for elderly voters as that group is showing weak support for Trump right now. Particularly the Democrat points that Trump is dismantling healthcare seem to be effective right now, they're not getting the message Trump is getting rid of ACA to keep parts of it for something better.
I think this highlights the issue of the administrative state holding way too much power. While the president can authorize the release of documents, it takes people in the administration to execute on that job. This is the whole problem with the corruption Obama, Clinton, Bushes etc. infused into the bureaucracy.

this is the correct answer. at the best it gets hillary to lie infront of congress again at worst it takes focus from whats happening right now
If it comes out with proof that Dems abuses power to try and throw the 2016 election, that damages them.
If it turns out the Russia shit was fabricated by Democrats, that damages them.
And frankly, we deserve and need justice. There is no legitimate reason why this has taken so long.
