Five minutes with an image search through DDG. Lesson learned? Don't use google, it's shit.
Only video I can find is an SNL skit with a moron. A couple images certainly look like they were lifted from video, but they do not seem to be on the web.
Deep faking a single image of a non existent person is certainly possible, and if there was only one image it would be very questionable, but I have yet to see faking multiple images of the same person from multiple angles and lighting. (Once they can do that, a video is like a month away.)
Even as creepy as that website is, I can still find fault with those images with only a modest photoshop knowledge, and the facial expressions are always uniform. Durham has a particular look that I think an AI algorithm would not be able to produce.
However, these are all the things a glowie might say if Durham really is a ghost. *shrug
