Some States and Counties have 1k fines or 1 year in jail as a penalty.

8th Amendment is irrelevant I guess.

What you think will happen if you just don’t pay the fine? Arrest you at home?

Warrant for your arrest. Blocks on DMV registration, license renewal.

We're fucked.

In some commie states or commie cities like Austin Texas, then yes, they will arrest you at home.

how exactly are people getting fined? What are they gonna chase you around the store? By the time police show up, you'll be done shopping probably. I don't understand this whole fine thing. .How many people have actually been fined? I've been maskless the entire time and never got anywhere close to a fine

I think I saw that either Evansville, IN implemented a $1K fine, or Holcomb did it for the entire state. I can't remember which. I know people who've gone to Evansville maskless and never got fined. Yelled at by some Karens, but no fines.

I would view it as toothless and take my chances. You'd think with something that retarded you could just wait it out and it would probably be done away with (like in Florida), but shit does seem to get crazier as time goes on.

My plan was to wait it out yeah. Just seems to be getting more and more insane and more normalized.
