In california. I walked through lowes (because they have veteran parking and home depot doesnt) today with no mask. No one said anything. I walk through target with no mask anytime I have to go. Never had a problem. I also walked into my favorite restaurant this evening without a mask on and sat inside because my favorite restaurant doesn't give a shit. I only go to one gas station because they don't give a shit about masks, the husband and wife owners don't even wear them behind the counter.
