Ha. Ha. Ha. They have learned nothing so they deserve to get what's coming to them. The majority won't have the money for upkeep, so they'll fall into disrepair. I bought a home 13 years ago and I wish I had not. My job cut my hours a few years ago and I had to file bankruptcy to try and keep it. I can't afford all the upkeep. My heat and air went out but I don't have $5,000 to buy a new one, and no one will loan me any money. Been using space heaters and window air conditioners for four years now. Plumbing issues, and a need for new toilets to just mention a few things. I lost my job and can't pay my bankruptcy, so they are going to dismiss it and throw me to the wolves. I thought that by filing bankruptcy that I'd have some help and protections. I was wrong. I'd rather just try to pay my debts and get out of the house. I only had my house and medical bills when I filed, no credit cards or loans. It's a shame, but as a white widow woman in my 50s, I'm worn out.
