The thing to do is to use it and report various woke businesses as racist. Can't you just picture Yelp trying to figure out what's going on at "Black Lives Matter Coffee House"? How can so many people be reporting this place as racist?
That's the elevated "Scarlet A". No business will have that because no news organizations will report a slur being used or whatever the high standard they set there is. Most business will be crowd-sourced racist-by-association bullshit: "Owner wore a MAGA hat" and "I think one of the guys who works here drives a truck".
