I have a friend I’m trying to convince to vote. He’s right leaning, supports gun rights and knows the left is full of shit. But he doesn’t want to vote because it’s “lame” and he doesn’t want to be someone that just “regurgitates party propaganda”. I explained you don’t need to worship a candidate or party to vote for them, and that you can simply vote and then forget about politics for the next two years (which is healthy in my opinion). But so far no luck... any advice from pedes who have convinced reluctant friend to vote? Also he lives in Michigan so it’s important!

VOTE TRUMP!
does he want a president to fight corruption? does he want a president that puts Americans first? does he want a president that supports our constitutional rights? does he want a president that hasnt been in politics for 50 years and has made this country better than ever?
vote TRUMP
If the commies win he will be regurgitating a lot of party propaganda whether he wants to or not. Tell him to vote for John James as it will freak the left out having another conservative black in the senate.
Tell him reasonable people can disagree about an appropriate marginal rate of taxation, or the scope or role of government in the economy, or about public direction, public debt, trade, immigration, and foreign policy, regulation or health care management issues. Many people disagree about focus and mission, and whether we should go to mars or do more cancer research when there are problems at home, etc.
What's not reasonable is to vote for or support the rise of a ticket that wants to start by eliminating the whole established and fought for a system of checks and balances written into the constitution on day one and effectively replace the constitutional government and all other associated individual rights with ad hoc, fiat government with (stage-managed (democratic centralism) and show trials on social media. This is what the court-packing will do.
Law itself has no meaning if this happens. It is whatever they think it should mean. It is chaos.
The left has been attacking, lying, threatening, and intimidating and blacklisting us for 4 years. They have programmed people to view us more and more as the enemy and inhuman. People have lost connection with friends and family members many of us as the social media AI has prepared them for this.
This last round however for me crosses the rubicon. It is beyond shenanigans or funny games. If he doesn't think it is important ...Perhaps you can ask him as a friend to vote for Trump.
