Black people are already accountable for violence. They’re in jail at higher rates. Stats show they’re more likely than other groups to be punished for a crime, get harsher punishments, and even more likely to be falsely accused.

Joggers are more likely to be caught because they are less intelligent and more impulsive, get harsher punishment because they have more criminal records and because they commit their crimes with higher ferocity and represent a bigger threat to society.
