A story squeaked out a few weeks ago about him being complicit in sending infected patients into nursing homes, but the number of cases/deaths overall in KY has been lower, so nobody cares. He only killed hundreds, not thousands like Cuomo, so that's OK. But a couple of cops in Louisville shoot a drug dealer's girlfriend/business partner after they shot at the cops first and we never hear the end of it.
