Blows my mind how many people seem to think "if i shout it, it will become true"

I mean, we all know the chick shrieking "I AM A STRONG VALID INDEPENDENT WOMAN OF COLOR AND I AM PROUD!!!" The loudest, is actually as far removed from any of those claims as humanly possible

I don't think I've ever heard someone yell "I AM HAPPY" and actually believed it.

Normal people don't go around explaining how normal they are. They just exist and go along their day and try to keep things positive for themselves.
