From what I've been able to find out so far, the crew that tried to snag Whitmer wasn't "far right". Some of them had far-LEFT leanings, but mostly they were just anti-everybody. They were generally anarchists, and anarchists hate BOTH the left AND the right. They hate Trump AND Whitmer. And Biden and Harris and Ted Cruz and Nancy Pelosi and Mitch McConnell and etc., seeing them all as merely different cogs in the same government machine. Anarchists hate the machine, not just the cogs.

But this is something the left is currently unable to process. They're stuck in this "you're with us or you're with them" mentality, and they can't grasp the fact that a lot of people out there are on NEITHER side.
