The Halloween episode where people are turning in to zombies? They thought it was pinkeye or something.

There was also the episode about swearing on TV bringing about the apocalypse.

This is from Season 7, Ep 7 "Red Man's Greed", where the citizens of South Park are given SARS contaminated blankets to make them sick and force them out of town.

Coincidentally, it also has the perfect response to fools asking if I'm willing to gamble on 4 more years of Trump...
