Well Technically Trump can win all 50 states. 15 heavy blue states passed a resolution which would allocate their states electoral vote to the national vote winner irrespective of whether their state voted for that person. So If Trump wins the popular vote he will win heavy blue states. I think California passed this resolution. Once again Democrats have done something that has come to bite them back in the ass!! I hope all those 3.5 million republicans that voted for Gary Johnson come back and vote straight republican this time.
