As a eurobro i dont have any idea how guns work, but you can use one to convert some semi automatic rifles to full automatic rifles.

Perhaps you're talking about a bump stock, which can be made with pretty much anything.

For eurobro you mean UK? There's plenty of countries in Europe where you can shoot guns, including the famous AR-15 and AK-47 (all in semiauto though).
