Its all just do as we say. Don't question. I'm a contrarian. I don't do what other people do. I question my elders. Sure that gets me in trouble all the time. If you don't fight back people will just run and take advantage of you
This is a great frame to use around leftists. Keep positioning them on the side of corporate authority and corporate media and corporate tyranny. This malfunctions all their programming because before they are even pro-Biden or pro-Democrat, they are anti-corporation. So when you frame them as fighting on the side of the corporations against you, the free-thinker, the contrarian, the one who questions authority, you are actually taking their self-image away from them. They think that’s what THEY are. And yet they cannot deny that everything they do and say and think conforms exactly to the corporations. A lot of normies will immediately start to confess points of disagreement to the establishment. They might say something like, “I always knew Hillary was a crook” or, “This obsession with pronouns is crazy” or, “I don’t like wearing my mask.”
You're right. I believe there should be more education in critical thinking in school like back in the day (I grew up during the 90's).
