"Republicans" will still be his constituents if he wins, and the fact that he has disdain for a large majority of voters is disturbing.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think Trump has everexpressed disdain for Democrat voters. Democrat politicians, yes. Violent rioting thugs, yes. But the general Democrat voter base? I don't think Trump has ever dismissed them or called them names. He wants to make America great for them, too.
