After ATF bans pistol braces, every criminal and mass murderer be like, "Dang it! Foiled again by these crafty ATFs and their rulings! How ever am I to carry out my most evil desires now?"

We already have "common sense gun laws", it's called the second amendment.

I can do the 25 to life for the robbery. But rack up 5 to 10 for a weapons charge?... Ain't nobody got time for that!
