The good news is that Corona really fucked SF. Rents are in free fall as tech employees are running away.

There are few people that actually like living there.. rest are there just because you get payed ALOT more then anywhere else(even with taxes and sky high rent factored in)

Just like Seattle it need to rot before it rises again. It has started :) Maybe in 40 years it will be a good city again

I'd still rather make way less and still be able to afford a house with a yard than make a shit load but live in a tiny condo surrounded by bums and messicans.
