A noted demographic change: DC gov. employees, contractors, consultants, and gov tit parasite business staff are swarming Northern Virginia. Add in Felons and a raft of ballet fraud legislation of late.

if big cities continue to fail then the exodus of middle class people might re-balance some places, but only if the people running from the failed cities leave the state entirely
