That's just a meadow mode yard. I'd say your a conservationist.

I pay a yard service $200 a year to spray weed killer on my lawn once a month. Weeds are evil, let the pros handle them.

They aren't weed's! Lilly of the valley and other flowers! Bulbs need to die down before fall. Saving energy for next year.

The house was abandoned a few years ago, this area was covered in rhodendeon for about 30 years.

Came to say this. I’m making her face while looking at the front “yard.”

Our house was abandoned when we bought it in 16, we've been making it great again for the last few years. Hence the unfinished look of the porch.

If I wasn't spending so much time 'remote learning' with my kids and trying to save the country, yard work would be taken care of.

Well, in your defense, you are the “interior designer.”

"Alright. Today kids we're learning about weeds. Each of you go gather 40 weeds and we'll start from there."

Easy to do here. But today they're going to help me bring my turkeys to the butcher. 🦃

Put the video games away! The quest for today is to come home with 40 weeds. Your reward is dinner.

Your porch has the only thing it needs with that sign.

That's a very cool concept. I hope to do that one day when I am ready to buy a house. I want to get an old 1800s farm house or something.

As a homeowner, this too triggered me.

I had to resod my front lawn because the shitty bermuda grass that the previous owner left had died and left dirt patches everywhere.

Now I'm pretty vigilant when it comes to the lawn care. Also, St. Augustine grass is the best for hot Texas summers.

It's a steep hill and we planted lilly of the valley along granite steps and I filled the rest with wild flowers this spring. Years of neglect is slowly getting reversed.

Trust me, the yard has greatly improved over the last four years.

I don’t see a wedding band among all those ring finger rings :-(

Looks like a wedding band on her left hand.

It's my left hand, and my wedding rings in the photo.
