One of my neighbors in the neighborhood out here in the “country” in Katy (west of Houston) has a Biden sign. That is the only on I have seen.

I'm moving to Katy and am there all the time but haven't seen any yet. I've seen plenty of trump and local candidates though.

Seen a Trump Pence sign in a trailer park inside the Houston city limits. That one caused me to do a double take.
