I don’t care what anyone says, avocado toast is delicious. I like to make my avocado spread with arugula mixed in, to give a little texture and spicy crunch. Also serve on a buttered English muffin with a fried egg on top, similar to an eggs Benedict.

As a Hispanic, I am glad about the avocado toast, not because of the toast, but because you guys are applying basically proto guacamole to things now like burgers more than before.
