My mother's entire side of the family is still over there. You know what one of them randomly mentioned to me not long ago in a text? (She wasn't complaining, it just came out in the conversation.) She said they (the entire country?) had somehow been instructed that every night at 8:p.m., they were supposed to go out on their front porch, and clap for the NHS! I might further add if anyone here has had any experience with the NHS . . . well that's all I'm going to say. Her husband did have some type of encounter with the NHS not too long ago, and he's doing quite well, so he survived at least, for which I am grateful.
