The Constitution (Article 1, Section 8, Clause 4) actually charges Congress to provide for bankruptcy laws and the threat of bankruptcy filing is the best check and balance against predatory lending, usury, and excessive billing. Biden weakened that for everyone and it hurts the working class the most.

You can discharge all medical debt in a bankruptcy, but not student loans.
