That's a big part of the American dream, and a big part of having a sane functional society. Divorce rates are 40% - 50%. You are the MVPs.

Have a parent stay home and raise them instead of a day-care worker that couldn't give two shit? Great!

We are currently out of town for our 24th anniversary. Got a hot Pede wife and a pair of Pede girls who wouldn’t marry a guy who wasn’t a Pede.

Jokes on them, no more leftist kids. So long as we don’t let kids go to public school or listen to cocked media, that is.

12
Wankerton 12 points ago +12 / -0

That's why they prey on your kids for their ideas to spread.

There's a story I could tell, but ... well, long story short. Bible story. Ever wonder why you know the fathers of Abraham (Terah) Isaac (Abraham) Jacob (Isaac) Joseph (Jacob) etc etc.... but not Moses? Not unless you pay close attention to the genealogies?

Moses's father gave up. His wife had to convince him to be with her again, because he said "Why bring children into a world like this." So he's not given the honor of being recognized as Moses's father.

And he was dealing with Pharaoh throwing baby boys into the Nile river. That's what made him think the world was F-d up. What are these losers upset about?

Pro tip: none of those people are real friends. People who do the whole "tHe WoRlD iS tOo ScArY tO hAvE cHiLdReN" thing are signalling that they're shallow, immature, and self I centered, and you can't count on them when the chips are down.

No, they want their free time, and That’s pretty much it. What they don’t understand is the insanely awesome feeling of love they’re missing out on to persue their super important hobbies.

Married 28 years. Four great kids! Not a one of them was ever on any long term medication because they had vitamin Mom at home. It has been a great marriage and a great life so far and I am appreciative every day.

I read somewhere and it stuck with me that the natural order is for the family to be a benevolent oligarchy and the state to be democratic. 2nd & 3rd wave feminism and the welfare state have eroded the value of fatherhood and thus turned the family into a democracy and the state into an oligarchy.

8
Atlis34 8 points ago +8 / -0

That is profound. Well said. Spot on

2
LadyOfLorien 2 points ago +2 / -0

Chesterton has a great couple of essays about this; basically, in a well-ordered home, the woman is an empress. She makes every decision with total freedom, from what everyone eats that night to how the children are educated to how her home is arranged and decorated. Man, on the other hand, lives in perpetual serfdom to the world on behalf of his family. 2nd and 3rd wave feminism convinced women that equality in serfdom was better than ruling over the entire lives of husband and children.

TaggartCiscontinenta 2 points ago +2 / -0

I’ll check those out. Thanks for that tip.

geocitiesuser [S] 7 points ago +7 / -0

Turning 40 soon too frend, and just recycled another relationship. I don't know how some people do it. It's impressive to me that people can stay together so long.

5
Filthy_Deplorable 5 points ago +5 / -0

Sheer fuckin will.

2
Butthurt 2 points ago +2 / -0

Literally sheer will like the guy said. Pushing past the bad times no matter how hard it gets in the moment. Understanding that you both are hopelessly flawed.

1
LadyOfLorien 1 point ago +1 / -0

When my grandparents were celebrating their 50th anniversary, people kept asking what their secret to such a long and happy marriage was. My grandfather's response was, "the first 15 years are the hardest. After that, the trick is not dying."

4
Filthy_Deplorable 4 points ago +4 / -0

Just be careful what you wish for. She could have an ONLY FANS account or just be a trifling garden tool.

The best thing you can do is work on yourself. No woman can do that for you. Be comfortable in yourself, by yourself. Women will be there even if you're not, but only you will be there for you.

Stay frosty, friend.

Made two baby girls with my husband and we hope to have more. It's so worth having no sleep. Have more babies! You don't need a new SUV. 👏MAKE 👏 MORE 👏BABIES!

Omg you're username! I watch Veggie tales with my little ones. We sing the songs together. My poor husband lol.

2
Butthurt 2 points ago +2 / -0

We want more, but I think we’re barren now. Our first kid, we made one on the first try, now, no luck. Could be that she has a c section, or could be that the dr told us we have a blood type conflict. I’m positive she’s negative, and they said the immune system may attack the forming baby. Or I’m getting older and my spermies are low.

2
GodfreydeBullion 2 points ago +2 / -0

I'm sorry. It's a heavy cross to bear, I know. Don't give up, I my sister gave up after 8 years of trying but they had two sons afterwards! Lord bless you ✝️

Conservatives out bred progressives last year, 1.5:1. Pump then out, teach them early and every day.

11
MAGA_mermaid 11 points ago +11 / -0

Amen!! Not married yet, but I dream of creating my own little army of MAGA-babies! I wish we could encourage conservatives to go back to having big families like our grandparents did, so we can grow our numbers and live the good life :)

1
LadyOfLorien 1 point ago +1 / -0

You can encourage that! And lots of people are! The best place for support on that is in a traditionalist church.

Been married to, and loyal to my sweetie for 50 years next week! We have produced 7 awesome, hard working, patriotic, religious children who have married wonderful spouses and have produced 31 beautiful, grandchildren for us. No drugs, no alcohol, no blue hair, no tattoos, no excessive body piercings, not a bad apple in the bunch! Just beautiful, straight arrow children and grandchildren! All of us just doing our part to MAGA!

LadyOfLorien 1 point ago +1 / -0

9
BarbaraManatee 9 points ago +9 / -0

This is the way.

Also - was single in my 20s, so thankful I held out. The only thing worse than being single (when you long to be married) is being married to the wrong one. So...

Father God, what you freely brought about in my life, may you bring about in the lives of all those longing for a good spouse! Thank you for shaping us into people who make a powerful impact on the world - starting with families who value righteousness, courage, truth, and tenacity! Help us not grow weary in the waiting. Help us find your blessings in every season. Thank you for designing marriage and working your delight through it. Bless everyone reading this and speak to them in ways they understand. You are beautiful - what you make is beautiful - and we love you with all we have! In Jesus' name!

I am hoping to follow you. My husband and I have been together since 2005, but married in 2018. First baby born 2019 😍 I would love to see 40 years with him. He is amazing ❤️ God bless you both and your family.

1
CaptainQuip 1 point ago +1 / -0

Well, that's certainly a long engagement! We met in '78, married in '80. Our son is 32, don't let the stresses of parenthood get to you. It's the toughest job you'll ever love. I think you'll do just fine! Enjoy and cherish every year, including the rough ones. May God bless you and yours, too!

Easier said than done. My wonderful wife wants a divorce and turned into a complete degenerate after a promising start. So I have to file against her to dump her ass for the divorce she wants. At least she pays me a ton of money to get out. Its a very risky road, so to those of you that still have something to save, work hard on it.

I'm 36. I would in some instances call myself a men's rights activist (but I don't much like the idea of gender specific rights groups, I just think men boys and fathers are really being attacked right now). And I've avoided marriage for a long time now because I don't trust a woman not to, marry me, cheat on me, divorce me, take my children, and leave me to pay alimony and child support. But God told me that I need to marry. So I'm not going to trust her, I'm going to trust and have faith in Jesus plan.

I'm getting married in January. Were going to have little pedes. A life of faith in God's hands.

Been married almost 5 years, had a baby and can say it's one thing that has brought me real lasting happiness even tho she can be a little turd sometimes :)

2
returnoftherepubs 2 points ago +3 / -1

Make marriage great again (by fixing the broken family courts).

As it is now, marriage is a terrible deal for men and a great deal for women.

No one can ever say what a man gains by getting married that he couldn't gain by being in a committed long term relationship. Spoiler: marriage confers no benefit to men.

Me and the wife are doing good. We bicker and have more arguments after having children, simply due to stress, however, in a way, it’s brought us closer together though because now we’re really all in, and having a family has really made us see the bigger picture. It’s a huge sense of purpose.

11wks along with my first - I’m in my 30s, a little late, but didn’t think I could have kids for years.

The only thing that saddens me is, as a child (I remember this as early as 3) my mom would listen to Rush every afternoon and I began having awareness of things very early. She got me hooked on Freerepublic by the age of 10 and I hope Rush lives a long time, but odds are not another 5+ years unfortunately, so I won’t be able to do the same. 😭 (My mom had lung cancer as well and she would’ve LOVED TD and would’ve crawled over broken glass to vote for Trump if she was still around.)
