Willing to let guys like master abortionist Scott Peterson and pos Scott Erskine live, law is the law you can't recuse yourself because you disagree with the law. I disagree with paying taxes but I don't get to recuse myself from that. I don't know what's worse, her position or the fact feinsten and crazy mazie told her to enforce the death penalty 🤷

Death penalty isn't workable in our current system of justice. No accountability and flaws from the bottom up.

Disagree, in cases of clear and undisputed guilt (dna, video etc) it is completely workable. Housing over 800 inmates on death row at 70 grand a year each on the other hand, is not.
