45 seconds leading to the shooting, a BLM agitator gets in the faces of several people, particularly the guy who ends up being the shooting victim. Agitator is threatening "Fuck around and find out". He's also screaming "Shoot me Mother fucker! Shoot me nigga!" (where did I hear this before?) He was also begging to be 'touched one more time' and "Mace me!" "I got the right to stand my ground." Legal language in preparation? It seems awfully calculated approach begging for an excuse.
0:33 shooting victim spots the shooter nearby that makes him walk towards the shooter at 0:36. 0:43 gas is heard being released with a gun shot 14 frames = 0.466s after that (based on audio of video). I'm guessing the killer 'security' stood there with his gun drawn itching to use it.

Somebody has a high res video of the incident, probably the news crew that the killer was working 'security' for. That video is being withheld and I can only speculate as for the reasons why. In the meanwhile these photos have been released:

In the first image the victim is standing flat footed with the shooter having his right foot off the ground. It appears that the shooter was walking towards the shooting victim just prior. I assume the shooter tried to take something (the mace?) off the victim, the victim slapped the shooter, then the shooter aimed his pistol at the victim, the victim maced in response, and got shot 0.46s later.
What led to the slap? Why is the shooter reaching for the shooting victim's jacket? Did the shooter try to take something away from the victim prior to the shooting? What caused the shooting victim to approach the shooter in the first place? All of this is being withheld by keeping the video away from the public. There is clearly an attempt to paint a narrative. I await further details.

Important to note that the shooting victim was not posing a threat to the shooter at the time the shooter pulled out his gun. They were distanced apart, the shooter had every available option of walking away and deescalating, right up to the moment where he got maced for pulling out his pistol and aiming it at the victim. The use of the pepper spray came as a reaction to having a pistol drawn and aimed, and while not the brightest idea to use the spray, it was not used prior to the escalation coming from the shooter.

Interesting that the Black Guns Matter guy in the verbal confrontation was not wearing a vest of any sort. Moments later, when he is being arrested, face down, on the ground, he is wearing a vest. Probably to disguise his identity from the police. It is looking more and more like a planned shooting to me. And, remember, the Antifa presence was a counter-protest, they could have just as easily chosen not to go there.
I don't think Black Guns Matter guy got arrested. It was the shooter who got arrested. Shooter and blue-shirt-orange-backpack guy were the ones arrested.
