Look at their feet. Looks to me like mace guy is planted and shooter was advancing until he got slapped.
In any case, it doesn't really change anything. A slap doesn't justify a gunshot any more than mace would. And when the shot was fired mace guy wasn't even within striking range.
It seems there were LEOs all around when this went down who are potential witnesses. Plus video and photo evidence aplenty. Charges will likely stick unless the prosecutor and judge are paid off by Soros.
I now think that the Mace Me Nigga guy is filling the position of instigator, and perhaps the shooter was there as part of a team with the [probably unarmed] instigator.

That said, the fact that they were scrapping seems like it would be harder to prove murder 1, why wouldn't they go for a lesser murder charge, or manslaughter? Maybe it's as part of the plea deal psychological pressure?
