"Uncle" is a character in Red Dead 2, and he claims he suffers from Lumbago. Back in the day, Lumbago was chronic back pain. Uncle uses it as an excuse to be lazy, though. However, the reference is a two parter! Arnold used the same shotgun in Terminator 2 when he was riding that 1990 Harley Fatboy.
