so I am reading that this guy was security guard for 9News. now I saw the still he shot a Trump supporter as the supporter was firing mace. whether that was a justifiable use of force I do not know comes down to Colorado law. Now as a former guard myself I do not see a situation in which I would have drawn my weapon. yeah there were agitators. but nothing I haven't seen a thousand times before. still alot of info missing from this case to make a judgement call.
This guy prob is the friend of the reporter. Could it be that it is basically protection money? I will make sure you get the action shots you need and you will not be bothered by BLM or Antifa. When this guy is investigated, he probably made up any certification of being a security officer. 9 News is going to pay millions.
Yes, he was hired by 9News for security, however, 9News is filled with Progressives, Lefties, and Antifa. The "security" guy Matthew Doloff is also a Progressive Activist, who was even part of the occupy movement. There are witness reports that he was acting as an agitator, both during the shooting, and attacking a barricade earlier, although I haven't seen video of that yet and witness reports aren't necessarily 100% reliable.
We don't know if he's "Antifa" yet, but a lot of these leftwing movements work together, and it wouldn't shock me if he was Antifa.
In defending their henchman, the media is going to have to justify stand your ground doctrine and use of lethal force when non lethal force is used. It will align them with 99.9% of police shootings.
I'm not familiar with Colorado gun laws/stand your ground laws but I would imagine the left has already gutted most of it to the point where this guy is totally screwed. It is a lefty state after all.
Was it a legit First Degree Murder offense? Might be a stretch to convince a jury that the shooting was premeditated.
Just want to make sure there’s a chance the guy actually gets convicted, but this might turn out to be overreach. Maybe the charge can be adjusted once more evidence comes to light?
