The law in Denver states pepper spray is not a lethal weapon and is solely considered as a self defense mechanism.

The bigger question is why would the producer and “guard” get involved with the ruckus instead of getting as far away as possible.

Also, another producer from the news station had the black guns matter shirt as well. This stinks to high heaven and the shooter will fry.

Anybody find it odd that the one missing picture is the one that shows the killer lifting his weapon first?

Problem is, the shooter approached the victim and put his hands on him. Trying to take the mace instead of getting his client as far from the ruckus as possible.

No, he went looking for trouble, found it and then tried to get handsy with the man. Took a slap to the face, when he should have been minding his own business and then decided to blast away.

He will not get away from this murder.
