They fail to address an IMPORTANT points:

1. The difference between solicited (absentee) vs unsolicited (mass sending out).
2. No regard of fraud control to roll out a new method for voting so quick, which has never been done nationwide before.

Any conservative would know these two points but "Facts About Voting" do not mention this though from "bipartisan" group.
