1st - Trump landslide. 1984 style. Everything is so red that the results are irrefutable and the Democrats won't be able to contest it because it's so far gone.
2nd - Super close election. Democratic states keep "finding" ballots weeks after the election, those numbers happen to coincide with how many votes they need to win - after the in-person votes are counted, most of which will come from Republicans. The fight drags on weeks or even months. GEOTUS says "I told you so" and the media blasts him for it. The whole thing turns in to a months-long shit show and most Americans lose faith in our election process.

They even weaponized Bernie supporters by making sure they got no refunds and went to meetings telling them to burn cities down.
Then co-opted them back onto the plantation by paying them wages during a pandemic to be assholes.
