No records of any "Dolloff" or "Doloff" having a security license or private security employer license. But who knows maybe he's new and they didn't file the paperwork into the computers yet??? Just some food for thought pedes.
I have been involved in an all day back-and-forth with some Leftard on Twatter β-THANK YOU FOR THIS!!!!!!!!!! ππππππππππππππ
I've noticed that too. Why does this particular murder bother them so much? They all try to say it was a justified shooting and that Mace is a deadly weapon.
I just saw Englewood on one of his Facebook posts if I'm not mistaken. I believe that post may have also been in 2012 or something now that I recall, so I'd tend to agree that he has probably relocated since then. I have 3 times. Rent in Denver area is insane!
I checked and Colorado POST info is behind a login portal. It seems to be for law enforcement and he was not in law enforcement. His background is that of a DJ and running a small farm. No mention of police or security work can be found in his online presence.
I assume you would need state AND city certs to operate in the city of Denver. Notice how short the city paperwork is?? It assumes you are already licensed with the state I bet. They still need to know who is operating in their jurisdiction and have some say over it.
The city of Denver makes tree companies register with the city as well even though the arborist license is technically international. Some cities require no arborist license to do tree work. Other cities will hand down HUGE fines for anyone not licensed. They also make arborists sign up at the city level to explain local laws, rules, procedures, ect. I assume security work would be the same. They would maybe hand off your info to local PD so they know you are "one of the good guys" and other such things. But Denver has no record of him as security.
Like I said maybe he's new and the paperwork didn't get processed yet. It's all very fishy and sketchy.
Security guards are required to get POST certification in Colorado as well. It's not surprising that he would ignore Denver's laws, most people do. Edit: I'm wrong.
My guess is that he is pals with one of the media activists and since he has firearms experience they hired him even though that is not his profession and he is unlicensed. I'm surprised that they even admitted that he worked for them, but there is probably a paper trail that would have led to that information coming out eventually.
I just double checked and I was wrong, the state doesn't license, local municipalities do. And there's no explicit requirement for POST certification but some security companies require a criminal justice degree and colleges only accept people with no criminal background because they're POST programs.
I don't know what that means. You will have to be more specific. Are you saying he was a cop and thus able to work plain clothes security at will without further licenses??
I'm not saying anything. The document OP linked has a double negative which means it would actually read like this "The Applicant can work as a security guard in plainclothes without first receiving an endorsement from the Department authorizing him/her to do so."
It's strange that Pinkerton has made ZERO statements. If the guy was their's you would expect a statement. If he was clearly not Pinkerton then you would expect a statement as such to deflect all this bad PR. It's VERY ODD!
Just like a certain somebody's "birth certificate."
I searched the database here including the misspelled name on his arrest report.

He lives in Englewood, not Denver. Maybe try through Englewood or Arapahoe county
He lives in Elizabeth. He used to live in Engelwood.

You need a permit from City of Denver to work in the city of Denver.
Heβs a spook
It's looking more and more like this. Pinkerton says he doesn't work for them but instead works for an unnamed "contractor"...... the CIA me thinks!
I would figure it would be under state records, and he'd need P.O.S.T. certification. Edit: I'm wrong.

Thatβs for police. So thatβs not it.

I was just letting you know POST is police. Most do not require law enforcement to be an armed guard, you get an armed guard card...just FYI.
<--- This
"The Applicant cannot not work as a security guard." "cannot not." "cannot not." A double negative in a city requirement. Anyone else notice this?
Typo?? I am guessing a typo.
Formal documents are a really dangerous thing to have such typos in.
Double negative means you don't need an endorsement from the department to work as a plainclothes security guard.

Or in other words, you need authorization to work in uniform, not in plain clothes.

Very good point. Maybe he is one of theirs and their attorneys told them to keep quiet?
Great work!!
Premeditated murder

Down goes 9news!
Dolloff is CIA. Change my mind.
Many people are saying this. It glows like the sun.
Sheep dipped.
Heβs got that Jesus Campos security guard license.
Antifa are congenital liars. Typical vermin.
Of course not, assassins probably don't register anywhere.
I wouldn't have thought you'd need a permit to be a security guard. But fuck that guy anyway.
